Idre Outdoor Experience is a company based out of Idre, Sweden. We offer guided tours and courses in whitewater kayaking. We also offer a six day raft guide program.

To paddle down a rapid is a special feeling. It is a highly dynamic environment where everything is in constant motion. When the level of the river rise or fall the character of the river can change dramatically.

Our mission is to get as many people as possible to experience and take part of this highly addictive activity. We want to create a safe environment where you feel comfortable taking your first step into the world of whitewater.

The courses we offer are:

• Two day beginners course - 2750 SEK per participant

• Two day intermediate course - 2750 SEK per participant

• Half day introduction course -  880 SEK per participant

• Full day introduction course - 1550 SEK per participant

• Learn how to eskimo roll (2 hours) - 550 SEK per participant

• Whitewater safety course (full day) - 1550 SEK per participant

• Raft guide certificate (6 days) - price may vary

Things to keep in mind:

• You need to be 16 years of age to participate, and this needs to be in the company of an adult

• All activities requires personal transport to get to the river

If you have previously completed a beginners course you can join one of our guided tours! We offer tours on several rivers of varying difficulties.
